Refund policy

While we are certain you’ll love what you have ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a cancellation of an order follow the instructions set out below.

You have the right to cancel your order from the time of placing the order until dispatch of the goods.

To do so, simply email info@myhennabox.co.uk . In the Subject  field Include : Cancel Followed by your order number. Include a short message stating you would like to cancel the order.

PLEASE NOTE:

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable
Purchases made at Pop Up Store, Events, Exhibitions, Online Clearance Items and special orders, are non refundable / non-exchangeable.

No Returns or refunds available on fresh henna paste orders as fresh henna paste is a perishable product.

MY HENNA BOX is not responsible for delays caused by logistics. Once your order is despatched you will be provided with a tracking number.
